This policy covers alphazulu.group and what happens when you deal with the company directly – when you write to us, or call. It is short because the company holds very little: this website has no accounts, no forms and no analytics, and most of what we know about anyone is what they chose to put in an email.
The short version
- This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- There is no sign-up and no account on this site.
- If you write to us we hold your message and your email address, because that is what answering it requires.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and we do not advertise.
- Each product has its own privacy policy. This one does not describe them.
What this policy does not cover
Our products are separate services with their own data, their own servers and their own policies. What a product does with your data is set out in that product’s policy, not this one:

If you use a product, that policy is the one that applies to it. This policy applies to the company’s own website and correspondence. Where a product policy and this one both speak to something, the product policy governs that product.
This website
No cookies. Browsing alphazulu.group sets no cookies of any kind – not for analytics, not for preferences, not for advertising.
No analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. We do not know how many of you there are, which pages you read, or where you came from, and we have decided we would rather not.
Nothing loaded from elsewhere. Every asset on the site is served from our own domain, so visiting a page does not quietly tell another company that you did.
No forms and no accounts. There is nothing on this site to fill in and nothing to sign up for. To reach us you use your own email client, which means the message arrives as ordinary mail rather than through us.
Server logs. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider whose servers record requests – typically the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser’s user-agent string. These are ordinary operational records used to keep the site running and to deal with abuse. We do not use them to build a picture of individual visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.
When you write to us
Email to info@alphazulu.group reaches a person. We keep the message, your email address and our reply, because a support conversation that cannot be looked up later is not support. We use it to answer you and for nothing else – we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not have one.
If you call, we hold no recording. We keep only what we write down in order to deal with what you called about.
What we never do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or tracking, on this site or across others.
- No selling, renting or sharing of personal data with anyone for their own purposes.
- No profiling, and no automated decisions about you.
- No mailing list, and no marketing email. If we write to you, it is because you wrote to us first.
Keeping and deleting
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the person who sent it – so that a follow-up years later can be answered in context – and delete it when it stops being. If you would rather we did not keep yours, say so and we will delete it.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on its own schedule, which is short and measured in days or weeks rather than years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to receive a copy, or to have it deleted. Write to info@alphazulu.group and we will answer. We will not ask you to justify the request, and we do not charge for it.
We are a United States company and your data is handled there. If you write to us from elsewhere, your message is stored in the United States.
Children
Nothing here is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will change the effective date at the top and, where it affects someone who has written to us, tell them. The effective date always reflects the current version.
